We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Director of Human Resources to lead our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, influencing, and delivering strategic and operational human resources services across the directorate.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-level advice, briefings, and reports to the Chief Operating Officer, MPC Executives, and staff.
- Lead and manage the HR team, integrating business planning and driving strategic and operational initiatives aligned with the Directorate's workforce plan.
- Develop, maintain, and implement human resource policies and practices.
- Assist Executives and Managers to manage complex people matters.
- Qualifications in human resources, employee relations, or psychology are highly desirable.
- A National Police Check will be required prior to commencement.
