Job Title: In-Room Dining Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-Room Dining Team Leader to join our team at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing our in-room dining service, while maximizing profitability and meeting customer's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage in-room dining service to ensure high-quality customer experience.
  • Maximize profitability by effectively managing labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure excellent service standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.
