Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to spearhead the development of secure and scalable IAM solutions for our enterprise systems.

  • Design and implement IAM frameworks tailored to business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Lead the design and implementation of secure IAM solutions that meet stringent security standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment of IAM solutions, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on IAM best practices, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Analyse and address security risks related to identity and access management, monitoring and troubleshooting IAM systems for optimal performance.
  • Document architecture designs, processes, and system configurations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging IAM technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improve existing solutions.

A successful IAM professional should possess:

  • Proven expertise in identity and access management solutions, including experience with IAM tools and technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM design principles, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate security risks effectively, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data.
  • Technical leadership experience within the Technology & Telecoms industry, driving innovation and improvement through strategic planning and collaboration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, applying logical reasoning to complex security challenges.
  • Relevant certifications in IAM or cybersecurity, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
