Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a critical component of our digital transformation strategy. As we continue to drive innovation and growth, the need for secure, scalable, and compliant identity solutions has never been more pressing.

We are seeking an experienced IAM Program Security Lead to oversee the strategic direction, implementation, and continuous improvement of our IAM program. This role will lead enterprise-wide initiatives across workforce and customer identity domains, including platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, RSA, and other IAM technologies.

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills to drive identity solutions that meet the needs of our business. Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • 16+ years of experience in IAM, with leadership experience in enterprise-scale environments.
  • Proven expertise in Okta (Workforce and CIAM), SailPoint IdentityNow, and related IAM technologies.
  • Strong understanding of identity protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect), authentication flows, and access governance.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Directory Services, LDAP schema, and directory integrations.
  • Familiarity with IAM technologies such as CyberArk, HashiCorp, RSA, Radiator, Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, CCPA).

Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Strategy

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IAM strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Leverage industry trends and emerging technologies to inform IAM decision-making.

2. Technical Expertise

  • Deep technical knowledge of IAM technologies, including Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, and RSA.
  • Ability to design and implement complex identity solutions that meet business requirements.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business stakeholders.
  • Communicate IAM strategy and progress to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.

4. Project Management

  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

5. Compliance and Risk

  • Ensure IAM solutions meet relevant security and compliance standards (NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, CCPA).
  • Identify and mitigate IAM-related risks to the organization.
