Job Title: Chief Information Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced security expert to lead our information security function.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise technologies, security controls, workforce identity management technologies, cloud computing, software architecture patterns, and Agile methodologies.

The successful candidate will define and lead the implementation of business-aligned architectural strategies for workforce identity, security, employee-facing technology platforms, and ensure that our technology delights our staff and minimizes security friction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security architectures for workforce identity, security, and employee-facing technology platforms.
  • Collaborate with other members of the architecture group to shape the technological vision of the company and integrate this vision into the broader business strategy.
  • Determine the needs of different user personas across the company and design controls and frameworks that meet their requirements.
  • Work with team members from Security, Enterprise Technology, and Workforce Identity to capture their requirements and influence their decision making.
  • Maintain the integrity and scalability of our security systems and staff-facing platforms.
  • Select technologies and design solutions that are secure, robust, and scalable.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
