Senior Identity Manager

This council is seeking an experienced identity security specialist to support and enhance their identity services, focusing on Azure Entra ID.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and support Azure Entra ID identity services, including user lifecycle management, authentication, conditional access, and identity protection.
- Integrate IDAM with cloud and on-premise systems (Azure AD, Windows Server, Exchange Online)
- Migrate and integrate from on-premises AD to Azure Entra ID, ensuring a secure hybrid identity posture.
- Develop and maintain IDAM policies, procedures, and documentation, aligned with security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate across IT, security, and business units for seamless identity management.
- Stay up-to-date with Microsoft Entra updates and evolving identity security trends, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in identity-focused roles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft infrastructure (Windows Server, Azure AD, VMWare).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator, or Security certifications.
- Knowledge of Identity lifecycle management tools and processes.
