Identity Expert - Microsoft Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Expert to join our team. As a specialist in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), you will play a key role in delivering, supporting, and improving MIM implementations for high-profile enterprise customers.

  • Deliver expert-level support, configuration, and enhancement of MIM solutions.
  • Design and implement MIM Sync Engine and Portal configurations, including complex workflows, provisioning rules, and lifecycle policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve identity synchronisation, flow, and access issues across integrated systems.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to stabilise and optimise enterprise MIM environments.
  • Participate in migration planning, uplift initiatives, or transition strategies involving Entra ID or modern identity platforms.
  • Produce clear technical documentation, operational guides, and knowledge transfer artefacts.
  • Provide advisory and delivery support across both managed services and project-based MIM engagements.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge, improvement of delivery standards, and capability uplift.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing MIM configurations, troubleshooting identity issues, collaborating with clients, and contributing to the development of technical documentation. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

A minimum of 5 years of Professional Services and ICT Technology experience is required, with a strong focus on Microsoft Identity. Hands-on experience with MIM Sync rules, workflows, portal configurations, and integration with systems like Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Oracle, and SQL is essential. A solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, attribute mapping, and automated provisioning/deprovisioning is also necessary.
