Senior Identity Governance Specialist

This role plays a critical part in identity management and access control within an organisation. The Senior Analyst will assist in translating identity controls into technology platforms and operational processes, as well as contributing to actionable insights for prioritisation.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Collate data points, metrics, and reports to understand current control status and identify potential testing gaps.
- Develop and execute test plans to address observed gaps and potential impacts on control effectiveness.
- Form a detailed view of control operations and processes, including reviewing scripts, queries, extracts, processes, and procedures.
- Contribute to organisational focus on enhanced control testing automation.
- Support remediation activities noted by centralised testing teams where findings are applicable to identity controls and/or processes.
- Demonstrated experience in identity access or cyber controls.
- Strong identity and access management knowledge, including processes and key technology.
- Experience performing IT general controls, technology risk assessments, testing or auditing against technology standards or governance frameworks.
- Very strong written and communication skills.
