At Rest, we seek a seasoned Identity Governance expert to join our InfoSec team. In this role, you will oversee the design, implementation and operation of our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform, with focus on hands-on technical delivery.
About the Role- Configure and manage the IGA platform, troubleshooting complex issues and executing identity lifecycle tasks such as provisioning, de-provisioning and access reviews.
- Develop automation strategies for identity lifecycle processes, ensuring consistent secure and efficient access management aligned with business requirements.
- Lead project development decisions, define solution architecture for identity-related initiatives and provide expert recommendations to stakeholders and technical teams.
You will also mentor junior analysts, deliver training and help shape the strategic direction of the identity function. As a senior member, you will play a key role in developing team capability and contributing to process and system improvements.
