This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned leader to take charge of the Financial Portfolio and lead a high-impact team focused on growth, service excellence, and operational performance. You'll have the chance to shape strategy, develop talent, and build a top-tier customer engagement function across multiple locations.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will:

  • Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies, driving revenue growth through structured planning, coaching, and KPI delivery
  • Build and maintain high-performing customer engagement and call centre supporting services
  • Leverage data and analytics to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
