Job Opportunity: Leadership and Development Manager

The Professional Learning and Consultancy Manager will be responsible for leading CELA's renowned Learning and Development program. The ideal candidate will ensure measurable value, strengthened workforce capability, and maintain CELA's position as the trusted go-to for practical professional development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Embed systems to support workforce capacity.
  • Translate sector intelligence and member feedback into impactful learning initiatives.
  • Deliver programs that strengthen leadership, governance, compliance, and service quality.
  • Expand consultancy and L&D offerings to diversify income streams.
  • Improve agility, responsiveness, and decision-making through embedded metrics.
Requirements:
  • Strategic yet hands-on, with a focus on outcomes and impact.
  • Collaborative, creative, and courageous.
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and identify bold, evidence-informed solutions.
  • Adaptable and agile in navigating sector reforms and change.
