We are seeking a highly capable Senior Contracts Administrator to support our project delivery team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end contract management process, working closely with the Project Manager, Site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery of projects — on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.
- Prepare, negotiate, and manage head contracts and subcontracts
- Administer variations, progress claims and procurement schedules
- Analyse cost reports and manage budgets and forecasts
- Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and trades to ensure timely delivery
- Conduct tender evaluations and scope reviews
- Ensure compliance with all contractual and statutory obligations
- Support project delivery through contract lifecycle from pre-construction to completion
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum 7+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in high-end residential in Australia.
A strong understanding of construction contracts is essential, along with proven ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail, commercial acumen, and communication skills are also required.
A degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field would be advantageous.
