Job Title: Facilities Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Administration Support Officer to join our team.

  • This role involves providing high-level administrative support to the facilities leadership team, including responding to emails and phone calls, coordinating meetings and other ad-hoc requests.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for planning and coordinating subcommittee meetings, managing diaries and organizing appointments and travel arrangements.
  • In addition, this role will involve co-ordinating bi-monthly department reports and updating monthly operations budgets in QFM asset management system.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong previous experience as a team assistant/administrator in a professional environment working for senior leaders and their direct reports.

You will have excellent customer service and relationship management skills, as well as be technically savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills across Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
