Are you looking for a new challenge in administration? We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist & Mailroom Officer to join our team.

About the Role

This is a temporary contract position that can last between 1-3 months with potential for extension. You will be working Monday to Friday, set shifts between the hours of 8am - 5pm (7.5 hour days). The job involves supporting the office with administration tasks such as reception, mail room, couriers, deliveries and other administration tasks as required.

  • Greet visitors and answer phones in a welcoming manner
  • Sort and distribute mail for relevant departments
  • Manage general deliveries for the entire office
  • Assist with loading dock operations
  • Consign parcels interstate and overseas using online platform
  • Coordinate couriers for dispatches and deliveries
  • Allocate incoming goods to relevant departments
  • Liaising with internal departments regarding mail collection
  • Providing general administrative support across the office
