We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Deal Value Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be able to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
As a Deal Value Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying and analyzing key value drivers to deliver financial and commercial insights that directly impact deal value and deal structuring.
You will work closely with Partners and Directors to assist with business development activities and initiatives, contributing to proposals and new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in due diligence engagements related to the acquisition or disposal of businesses by private equity investors or strategic corporate buyers.
- Analyze financial data and identify trends and patterns that impact deal value.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support deal negotiations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
