Job Title: Strategic Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for a portfolio of properties.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end financial reporting.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow for assigned properties.
  • Reconcile accounts, including bank accounts and tenant ledgers, to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
  • Review and manage property-related expenses and invoices for accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular financial updates to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA (or working towards them).
  • Experience in property accounting or a similar role within the property industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
