Financial Insights Analyst

About the Role:

This role involves delivering timely and accurate financial data, reports, and business knowledge to drive informed decision-making across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring adherence to internal control policies for financial processes
  • Providing proactive insights and ad-hoc reports that add value to the organization
  • Developing annual budgets and forecasts for business growth, with recommendations where necessary
  • Contribute to finance and business process improvements to achieve agreed financial outcomes

This position entails managing diverse projects across Retail, Marketing, and Innovation, offering opportunities to work on various initiatives. You will also have exposure to different facets of manufacturing, warehousing, and corporate functions, with oversight of market trends.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business/Finance or CA/CAPA qualification
  • Prior experience in Management Accounting and analysis
  • Sound expertise in Power BI and/or TM1, SAP, BW
  • Prior work experience in Manufacturing is highly regarded
  • Prior stakeholder management or exposure is preferred
  • Microsoft Office experience is strongly preferred - Expert in MS Excel, Financial modeling and reporting experience
