Strategic Insights Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking a Strategic Insights Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic analysis and decision-making support to senior executives across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth market analysis to identify industry trends, threats, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain operational KPIs and models to identify improvement initiatives, cost opportunities, and revenue growth potential.
- Support tactical and strategic pricing work, including long-term contract pricing negotiations.
- Conduct strategic analysis and decision-making support for key strategic growth initiatives, including greenfield plant developments and M&A activities.
- Assist in coordinating M&A and other growth opportunities across the group, including financial modeling and business case development.
- Support the annual strategic planning process and budget setting.
- Evaluate and enhance business reporting to align with operational and strategic value drivers.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or relevant in-house strategy and corporate development teams.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, including strong financial and commercial acumen.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a high-performance environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
