Job Overview

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) role in the Automotive division involves providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making processes. The FP&A Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercial Finance and Group FP&A, to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop annual budgeting plans and long-range forecasts, ensuring alignment with group objectives.
  • Provide timely financial analysis and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Analyse monthly and quarterly financial results, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop strong relationships with Finance teams to ensure accurate and insightful commentary on commercial drivers behind results.
  • Support FP&A Manager in analysing and budgeting group office costs.
  • Standardize reporting templates and tools to enhance comparability across business units within the Automotive division.
