Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct annual contract reviews and price list updates to ensure alignment with sales team strategies.
  • Provide pricing support in SAP, ensuring DoA approvals are obtained before loading pricing data.
  • Prepare and submit quotations across various channels, including utility, distribution, and industrial.
  • Develop and maintain sales history and actuals reports to inform business decisions.
  • Manage distributor POS and IND scorecards to optimize sales performance.
  • Administer Salesforce for ANZ, ensuring accurate account and territory allocations.
  • Maintain opportunity pipelines in CRM applications and coordinate tenders.
  • Assist in analysis, reporting, trend analysis, and commentary to drive business insights.
  • Establish and maintain dashboard reporting to track movements in margins across segments, customers, and products.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with prior CRM experience and knowledge of SAP and MS Excel.
  • Strong commercial analytical reporting and data presentation abilities.
  • Numerate with a proven ability to understand complex information.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
