Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join Sanitarium as an Assistant National Account Manager, where you will play a key role in driving the company's international sales strategy. As a member of the International Business Team, you will be responsible for formulating effective go-to-market strategies, including promotional and marketing programs, to achieve business goals in markets of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals in French Polynesia and New Caledonia.
  • Support the International Business Team to formulate effective go-to-market strategies, including promotional and marketing programs.
  • Assist in the implementation of sales strategies to achieve business goals in markets of responsibility.
  • Monitor current market dynamics and provide strategic insights to inform business decisions.
  • Review and provide recommendations for future direction of sales strategies and processes.
  • Support the International Brand Team with Point-of-Sale strategies and coordination of distribution to key markets.
  • Support with building and collating range review and new product presentations for Distributor Partners and International Retailers.
  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effectively engage and collaborate with various cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualified in Commerce/Business or equivalent.
  • 3 – 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Proficiency in Power BI is a desirable.
  • Data management experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and analytical skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Capability to flex in diverse business environments – sales, trade marketing, category insights, brand support, customer and shopper cultures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience within FMCG would be highly regarded.
