Human Resources Director for Not-for-Profit Organisation

About the Role
The People and Culture Manager will be a pivotal member of our executive team, responsible for shaping and executing our people strategy to align with BttB's mission and values.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support organisational goals, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a dedicated HR team, including an HR Manager and two HR Support Coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Learning and Development: Design and oversee programs that promote continuous staff development, ensuring our team possesses the skills and knowledge to support our mission effectively.
- Organisational Culture: Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace environment that reflects our core values, enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations, maintaining best practices in HR policies and procedures.
- Conflict Resolution: Manage workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and mediation processes to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee payroll functions and other HR operations as needed, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably within the not-for-profit sector
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop HR teams
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Salary Estimate
$90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
