Seed Heritage is a renowned Australian retailer seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to fill the role of Dual Site Concept Manager. This challenging position will see you overseeing our Brighton Womens and Child Concept Stores, working closely with the Area Manager to drive success.

About the Role
  • As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for motivating and encouraging staff, communicating budgets and driving sales growth.
  • Enhance stock consolidations, suggest promotional opportunities and manage administration and stock to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Work closely with the VM team to maintain high visual merchandising standards and promote harmonious working relationships in the store.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience managing a store or having exposure managing multiple sites with a fashion retailer.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to a rapidly growing company.
  • An eye for styling and detail to uphold our high visual merchandising standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to lead and manage the store teams.
  • A capacity to prepare monthly rosters costed to achieve store budgets and analyse and organize stock to maximize sales on the shop floor.
