About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Team Member to join our Sussan team. As a Sales Team Member, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, providing styling advice and recommendations, and working collaboratively with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and styling advice to customers
- Assist with stock deliveries and visual merchandising
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Oversee the store, including opening and closing procedures, and manage the team
