About the Role:

• We are looking for a skilled and charismatic Senior Client Advisor who can provide exceptional shopping experiences to clients and build lasting relationships with them.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven background in selling luxury ready-to-wear collections and a comprehensive understanding of the latest fashion trends and luxury brands.
• As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to the overall success of the boutique.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personalized assistance and expert advice on luxury ready-to-wear collections to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Demonstrate a deep knowledge of luxury fashion brands, trends, and styles to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
4. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the boutique.
5. Manage after-sales services, including alterations and returns, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Client Advisor within the luxury market, with a stable work history.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal client base.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with clients.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury fashion brands, trends, and styles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
