Robotic Orthopaedic Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Robotics Expert to support the planning and execution of robotic-assisted hip and knee replacements.
This role will involve providing technical and clinical guidance to surgeons and theatre staff, as well as collaborating with surgical teams to ensure optimal use of the Mako robotic platform.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the in-theatre expert for Mako-assisted procedures.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to optimize Mako robotic platform use.
- Conduct pre-operative CT-based planning and segmentation.
- Stay up-to-date on orthopaedic surgical techniques, anatomy, and robotic technology.
- Provide training and clinical support to hospital staff and surgical teams.
- Travel across Sydney and surrounding areas to support multiple hospital sites.
- Strong clinical background and passion for surgical innovation.
- Confident in surgical/theatre settings.
- Technical savvy with software and medical technology.
- Passionate about improving patient lives.
- Excellent communicator who can build trust with surgeons and hospital teams.
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
