Job Summary:

As a Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting orthopaedic surgeons in the planning and execution of robotic-assisted hip and knee replacements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surgical Support: Serve as the in-theatre expert for Mako-assisted procedures, providing technical and clinical guidance to surgeons and theatre staff.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal use of the Mako robotic platform during joint replacement surgeries.
  • Pre-operative Planning: Conduct pre-operative CT-based planning and segmentation to assist in surgical case preparation.
  • Technical Expertise: Maintain a high level of knowledge in orthopaedic surgical techniques, anatomy, and robotic technology.
  • Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and clinical support to hospital staff and surgical teams.
  • Regional Travel: Travel across the region to support multiple hospital sites.
