Business Analyst Role

This is a 12-month contract position.

About the Position
  • We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and define business needs, design solutions, communicate change requirements and conduct testing of product changes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process Management: Manage delivery and quality; conduct testing of product changes.
  • Reporting: Ensure Jira status reflects current requirements; report sprint progress; maintain monthly project reports.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in an end-to-end Business Analyst role.
  • Proficiency in Jira or Azure DevOps; process flow tools such as Miro or Visio.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex reports and documents to clients.
