What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide comprehensive specialist medical management of HIV, sexually transmitted infections and blood borne viruses within the Mid North Coast Local Health District portion of the North Coast Population and Public Health (NCPPH) Directorate, as part of the North Coast HIV & Sexual Health Services team.
  • Provide clinical support and guidance for NCPPH staff and other health care workers in relation to management of HIV, sexually transmitted infections and blood borne viruses.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, counsellors and support staff, and provide clinical supervision for nursing staff and junior medical staff.
  • This is a Category A position. Recommended applicants will be reviewed for compliance with NSW Health policy directive for Category A positions prior to offer.
