Job Description

This role plays a key part in delivering facilities that support the organization's future growth.

The job involves driving the planning and development of future estates, delivering daily operations of accommodation, and working collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for the team.

The successful candidate will take an active role in both project work and business as usual activities, helping pave the way for the organization's future facilities landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • National Accommodation Management: Organizing workflow, making decisions within defined parameters, engaging with stakeholders, interpreting and complying with business processes, and undertaking inbox management and data entry tasks.
  • Facilities Services: Maintaining physical assets and facilities, creating a comfortable work environment, managing assets, and providing critical risk management.
  • Major Projects: Leading diverse teams tasked with delivering innovative and fit-for-purpose solutions that support the organization's mission.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess qualities such as being detail-oriented, able to think strategically, contributing to continuous improvement, communicating effectively, building strong professional relationships, analyzing and interpreting data, supporting project and change management strategies, and exercising discretion and sound judgment.
