Job Summary

This senior management position oversees the daily operations of the resort, ensuring seamless interactions between guests, staff, vendors, and the local community. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality leadership, with expertise in managing teams, budgets, and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day resort operations, fostering a culture of exceptional customer service and teamwork.\
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience.\
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team goals are met.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, leveraging relationships with owners, guests, departments, and vendors.\
  • Maintain accurate records, manage paperwork, and assume management responsibilities in the absence of the Resort Manager.\
  • Promote a safety-first culture, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.\
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.\
  • Foster strong relationships with owners, guests, and stakeholders, delivering personalized service and resolving issues promptly.\
  • Analyze business data, identifying trends and insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying knowledge to drive innovation and excellence.\
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business plans, budgets, and forecasts, aligning with company objectives and targets.\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Resort Manager or Senior Leadership.\
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.\
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.\
