We are seeking an experienced and student-focused Education Professional to join our Chisholm Online Teaching Department as a Teacher - Training and Development Specialist.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver high-quality education practices and delivery sessions that cater to diverse learner needs.
- Ensure that teaching materials and resources meet all regulatory standards, training packages, and related requirements.
- Establish and maintain a positive learning environment, promoting student engagement and responsibility.
- Develop and adapt learning and assessment materials to accommodate different students, learning environments, facilities, and resources.
- Provide administrative, coordination, and learning services activities directly related to the areas taught.
- Contribute to the establishment, maintenance, and review of teaching programs.
- Maintain a respectful and safe environment free from discrimination, bullying, and harassment.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or qualifications that meet the Standards for RTOs 2015.
- Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (TAE50111).
- Diploma of Training Design and Development (TAE desirable).
- Registration with relevant professional bodies as required for the teaching discipline.
- A record of Vocational Competency, mapped to Units of Competency engaged to deliver.
- A record of Professional Currency, demonstrating current industry and teaching knowledge.
