Embodied Corporate Solutions: Business Development Manager

A dynamic and driven Business Development Manager is required to lead the WA operations towards achieving sales targets in line with the head office based in South Australia. The successful applicant will be working for a leading provider of construction solution products with an unrivalled reputation built on service and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a range of existing customers and new accounts
  • Develop and execute business development strategies within the construction market to provide solutions within the Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC and Fire sectors
  • Identify customer needs and offer customised product solutions
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Provide overflow support to the customer service team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry and current product knowledge
  • Deliver end-to-end sales solutions
Requirements:
  • Experience within the construction industry is beneficial
  • Ability to build rapport with a range of site managers, project managers, building trades and architects
  • Track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A positive track record of delivering exceptional levels of customer service
  • Adaptable, humble, driven and a team player
