Business Development Manager

Join Woolworths Group, a leading retailer in Australia and New Zealand, as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and developing strategic partnerships across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and gross margin targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads in Western Australia.
  • Lead the delivery of new commercial strategies that generate business growth within established networks and new business partners.
  • Drive a customer-centric culture and account management approach to ensure an exceptional customer experience and strong organic growth and retention of existing customer portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years in a sales or business development role, preferably in supply chain, and/or experience as a Fresh Produce Buyer.
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Resilient and able to take setbacks and persevere to ensure business outcomes.
  • Flexibility to travel as part of the role.
