
Therapeutic Services Specialist

This fixed-term part-time role provides a high standard of trauma-informed clinical practice working with victim-survivors of sexual assault and children and young people with harmful sexual behaviour.
- Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in counselling, social work, psychology or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of the impacts and dynamics of sexual assault, experience in trauma-informed counselling, and ability to work with diverse communities are required.
- Experience working with children and young people who use harmful sexual behaviour is also essential.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. As a member of our therapeutic services team, you will have access to both internal and external supervision, generous professional development budgets and the support of our highly skilled team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide trauma-informed clinical practice to victim-survivors of sexual assault and children and young people with harmful sexual behaviour.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
