Case Manager Job Description

The Role of a Case Manager is to oversee the rehabilitation and reintegration of offenders into society. This involves creating a supportive environment that encourages offenders to change their behavior.

  • SUPERVISION AND CASE MANAGEMENT OF OFFENDERS: You will supervise and case manage offenders, ensuring they comply with reporting requirements and conditions of community-based orders.
  • BUILDING ENDURING RELATIONSHIPS: You will build relationships with offenders, stakeholders, and the community to address offending behavior and encourage rehabilitation.
  • DRIVING ACCOUNTABILITY AND OUTCOMES: You will drive accountability and outcomes for offenders, working collaboratively with teams to achieve successful results.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. SUPERVISE AND MANAGE CASES: To ensure offender compliance with reporting requirements and conditions of community-based orders.
  2. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS: To address offending behavior and encourage rehabilitation among offenders.
