Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Partnerships Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial partnership function, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding partnerships that drive significant commercial growth and member engagement.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex partnerships, with strong commercial and financial acumen. You will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development, management, and growth of strategic partnerships that deliver value for members and partners
  • Drive commercial outcomes through joint business planning, compelling proposals, and executive-level relationship building
  • Manage partnership budgets, track ROI, and optimise profitability
  • Ensure seamless operational execution of partnership initiatives, resolving challenges and streamlining processes
  • Collaborate with senior internal stakeholders to influence strategy and drive outcomes
