Senior Strategic Governance Advisor

We are seeking a skilled professional to join us in a full-time or part-time permanent capacity as a Senior Advisor of Strategy and Stakeholders.
The successful candidate will lead strategic planning initiatives, support organisational change, and manage stakeholder engagement activities.
The position coordinates the development of the strategic plan, prepares high-quality submissions, briefings, and presentations for senior executives.
The position also coordinates aspects of our governance framework, including maintaining various policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Working collaboratively across teams, this position ensures integrated approaches to organisational change initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and reporting frameworks
- Prepare communications materials, offering expert advice on stakeholder engagement
- Improve engagement with service consumers and represent us at external forums
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
A proactive approach and ability to work effectively within a small team are essential for success in this role.
