Restoration Specialist

The role involves assisting in the cleaning and restoration of insurance, commercial, industrial, and domestic jobs. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on quality, attention to detail, customer service, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the organisation professionally and maintain a clean uniform and appearance.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and maintain tools and equipment.
  • Follow job instructions and complete restoration works to required quality and safety standards.
  • Conduct on-site risk and safety assessments and complete documentation.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure work is completed on time, within requirements, and to customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in on-call rosters and attend emergency jobs, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Complete accurate job records and paperwork.
  • Report and manage damaged or faulty equipment.
  • Maintain industry certifications and technical skills.
  • Lead projects from start to completion.
