Job Title

A Restoration Manager is required to lead and develop our restoration business in QLD.

  • This is a leadership role where you will oversee a team delivering restoration outcomes for domestic and commercial projects.
About the Role

The ideal candidate will have proven skills in reinstatement works, experience working with clients, building consultants, and construction trades and suppliers. They must be able to handle multiple projects with conflicting priorities and have strong interpersonal and people management skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Site-based estimating and supervision work
    • Operational management, including quality assurance, timeliness, safety, and business commercial outcomes (P&L)
    • Leadership of direct reports, including state-based project coordinators, internal technicians, and partner contractors
Requirements
  • Insurance repair industry experience essential
  • Understanding of construction process, critical inspection points, permit and WHS requirements
  • Knowledge of relevant Building codes and Australian standards and State legislation
