A Day in the Life

The Restorative Therapies Specialist will deliver exceptional customer service, clinical support, and territory management expertise. This opportunity allows you to be an integral part of our highly successful Spinal and Biologics team within our Restorative Therapies Group.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conducts on-site education and/or consulting to promote best practices and product knowledge.
  2. Supports field personnel in delivering exceptional outcomes and service for customers.
  3. Partners with sales colleagues to develop and execute sales strategies within one or more business units.
  4. Attends conventions, forums, and meetings to enhance product awareness and build relationships.
  5. Collaborates closely with Clinical Lead, Clinical Management, and Regional Sales team to provide customer case and sales support.
  6. Identifies and executes growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support Team.
  7. Takes part in the Spine on-call roster.
  8. Works with the Neurosurgery team to facilitate enabling technology sales and robotic implementation.
  9. Serves as a technical resource to support sales of a specific medical product or solution.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma with minimum 6 years relevant experience OR Associate Diploma with minimum 4 years relevant experience OR Bachelor's Degree with minimum 2 years relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience in spine, neurosurgery, or robotics.
  • Experience in a clinical setting (e.g., in-theatre) or within the medical device industry.
