Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Manager to lead our restoration team in QLD.

The successful applicant will have expertise in site-based restoration projects and restoration management, with established relationships within the insurance and facility management industries.

The Restoration Manager will oversee a team responsible for delivering restoration outcomes for multiple domestic and commercial projects. Key responsibilities include site-based estimation, supervision, quality assurance, timeliness, safety, and business outcomes.

A thorough understanding of the construction process, critical inspection points, permits, WHS requirements, building codes, Australian standards, and State legislation is essential.

A strong emphasis is placed on developing long-term working relationships and staff commitments to family and leisure.

  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  2. Lead and manage a team of restoration professionals to deliver high-quality restoration services.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Key competencies include planning, organisational skills, technical knowledge, and interpersonal skills.

The successful applicant will be able to apply their technical knowledge and skills to achieve expected outputs and develop business through quality service delivery.
