Cowan Restoration Services is one of Australia's leading restoration innovators with offices throughout Australia. The Group is proudly Australian owned and operated that specialises in fire, water and mould damage restoration. We primarily service the insurance industry 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

**Restoration Technician Duties**
- We are a disaster recovery company that cares for those who are in need of assistance. It is imperative that you are well presented while conducting professional customer service with a smile
- Comply within all required safety standards related to each job site
- Inspect, plan and report on damage/loss to contents items
- Perform emergency "make safe" works to mitigate further damage on initial attendance at site where required
- Monitoring and collection of equipment from site
- Participation on the after hours on call roster
- Willingness and ability to travel locally and interstate as required

**Key Characteristics**
- Experience in Water, Fire and Mould restoration highly regarded
- IICRC Accreditations highly regarded
- Good customer service
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work autonomously with little supervision
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Sound reporting skills including attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to remain calm and work well under pressure
- Current drivers License required
- White card required
- Police Check required
- Working with Children Check required
- Drug testing may be required
