About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR advisor to join our team on a part-time permanent basis (0.8 FTE). As a key member of our People Services team, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice and support to our diverse service portfolio.

  • Provide specialist HR advice and coaching to managers and employees across the organization.
  • Support the development of effective workforce planning strategies and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of HR-related training programs.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer outcomes.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR advisory services, including workforce planning and recruitment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A high level of comfort working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
