**HR Advisor (Temporary Position)**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Advisor to join our client's team on a temporary basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience as a Senior HR Advisor within the charity or not-for-profit sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Relevant HR qualifications or certifications.
