With a strong operational footprint and iconic brands, they offer a collaborative, commercially minded culture where HR is valued and empowered to lead.Job DescriptionAct as the sole HR Advisor across 18 branches and 1000+ staffPartner with senior leaders and Dealer Principals to deliver strategic HR advice and solutionsManage workforce planning, recruitment, on-boarding, and induction processesOversee contracts, employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance managementDevelop and implement HR policies aligned with business objectivesLead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and cultureSupervise and support the Payroll & HR Officer, including leave coverageEnsure compliance with employment legislation and industry standardsIdentify and execute training and development programs across the businessAnalyse HR metrics and provide insights to inform executive decision-makingContribute to change management efforts during growth or restructureThe Successful ApplicantFormal qualifications in Human Resources.Experienced HR Advisor or Business Partner with strong generalist capability.Expertise in HR operations and strategy with a pragmatic and commercially minded approach.Strong knowledge of Australian workplace laws and regulations.Proven experience in managing employee relations and HR projects.Proven track record of advising senior stakeholders and working autonomously.A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.Automotive or similar industry experience highly desirable.
