As an experienced Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support to our business.

  • Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, performance, engagement, and change management.
  • Lead complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Oversight end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including senior appointments.
  • Drive retention strategies and support talent development initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance HR systems, records, and policies in line with best practice and legal requirements.
  • Provide guidance on performance management and support managers with reviews and coaching.
  • Act as the main point of contact for legal counsel on employment matters and support investigations, risk assessments, and compliance.
  • Lead and mentor the HR Team, building strong working relationships across the business with external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  2. Minimum 7 years' HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior advisory capacity.
  3. Strong knowledge of Fair Work Act, NES, and Industry Awards.
  4. Proven experience partnering with leadership teams.
  5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  6. Able to work autonomously and manage competing priorities with professionalism and confidentiality.
