We are seeking a talented HR Advisor to support our day-to-day operations and drive strategic people initiatives.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will play a vital role in administering and coordinating all HR activities, including recruiting and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) functions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
  • Provide expert advisory support to employees, management, and leadership teams to address HR-related matters.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, talent development, and performance management.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety is highly desirable.
  • AHRI or affiliate professional membership is an added advantage.
  • No less than 5 years of experience in generalist HR roles.
  • Deep knowledge of HR practices, Fair Work Legislation, and employment obligations.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
