Job Description

The Opportunity:

Our organisation is seeking an experienced Wellbeing Business Partner to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for wellbeing and a proven track record in implementing wellbeing programs in complex organisations.

As a Wellbeing Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of comprehensive wellbeing services across our varied business units, including Anglican Care and Samaritans. You will promote the health, safety, and overall wellbeing of all employees.

This is a Fixed Term 12-month contract.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver systems and processes to improve our approach to supporting the health and wellbeing of employees.
  • Engage and consult with managers and key stakeholders to undertake strategic analysis and drive improvements in health, wellbeing, and psychosocial performance and outcomes.
  • Provides high-level support in the delivery of programs and interventions that support employee wellbeing across the organisation.
  • Provides advice on the application and interpretation of relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Engage all levels of the organisation to understand their duties and responsibilities and build accountability.
About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health profession or a relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing wellbeing programs in a complex organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a health and safety function with specific experience in psychosocial safety and risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of psychosocial risk and Workers Compensation legislation.
