Seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. We are looking for an expert who can partner with people leaders, drive impact across their portfolio, and support the development of a supportive and dynamic team culture.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and management, with a proven track record of delivering effective recruitment strategies. They will possess excellent engagement skills, strong relationship management, and be proficient in utilizing external sources and social media platforms to identify candidates.

About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with HR Business Partners and Talent Advisors to translate business requirements into actionable plans. This includes managing the delivery of sourcing, assessing, and securing great talent, as well as developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the business context, workforce needs, and industry trends, and be able to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Significant experience as an in-house recruiter, sourcing for technical and commercial roles.
  • Proficient in utilizing external sources and social media platforms to identify candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of candidate attraction and assessment.
